Center for Integrated Health to Improve Coordination of Medical and Behavioral Health Services
Woodhull Hospital today marked the opening of a new Center for Integrated Health designed to expand the coordination of patient care by providing both mental and physical health needs to Woodhull's psychiatry patients in one setting. Through this new integrated patient-centered primary care model, patients will be able to access an array of medical and behavioral health services, including screenings for diabetes, hypertension, HIV, and cardiac and respiratory disease
